As a result of his report we were able to make a clear decision for the individual based on sound evidence. 

I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of Kane’s work on a recent Court of Protection matter. He visited the protected party in a timely manner and produced a very thorough and measured patient centred report, setting out clear recommendations for the care provider. His involvement being an independent voice to the protected party has ensured that the proceedings have moved forward in their best interests. He is also very responsive. I will definitely seek to instruct him again.

Kane Barnacle (BIS) was commissioned by our service to undertake the preparation and successful award of the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark (QPM).  Kane led this entire process, including reviewing and rewriting all our legal requirements, policies, procedures, and complex processes. Kane’s tenacious approach and attention to detail is much admired, his ability to undertake the complete development activity needed to demonstrate compliance to the QPM standards.
